VESSEL TECHNICAL SERVICES (VTS) offers an extensive range of construction services and solutions that are custom designed to meet the specific requirements of clients for Oil & Gas, Marine and industrial applications.
Our team of highly specialized technicians operate worldwide at both onshore and offshore sites, such as Drilling Rigs, Pipe & Cable Layers, Heavy Lift Vessels, Cruisers, Oil and Gas Carriers, and industrial power plants.
Construction activities are carried out in our main and fully equipped workshop, and include:
- manufacturing of mechanical components for operating machines (bushings, tools, seat rings);
- construction of offshore equipment for drilling, pipe layers and cable layers activities
- milling, boring and turning services for an extensive range of high-precision components processed with the CNC machining centre;
- construction of medium-heavy carpentry structures (counterweights, winches, wind brake panels, driller cabins);
- production of turnkey electrical and industrial automation systems (accumulator skids, cooling tanks, heater tanks, cylinder oil blending units, manual or powered reel rotation systems)
- yards supervision for ships building.
